I would not recommend the Barebone you picked out for use with OSx86 as the IGP won't work, the Audio Codec sucks & if you want to keep using IDE devices from your old rig, the VIA Controller might lead into problems.
Also there is usually a reason for something to be cheap & there are not many deatails avaible for that one, so you have the risk to get something like a weak power-suply or similiar dissapointments...
If you want to buy from that shop, I think the Gigabyte GA-EP41-UD3L is good base to start with. Put it together with some Celereon or Pentium Dual-core CPU + an 8000 or 9000 Series GeForce & the sum should be a easy affortable + great working Hackintosh computer.
