Hi everyone!

Just wanted to say hello. I figured I would do so in the netbook / notebook area since that is what I am using.

I've been trying to get OS X to work on a PC laptop since Tiger, but just recently had luck with a Kalyway distro of leopard 10.5.2

Anyway. I'll be working on a spec list of my laptop, with kext installs that I've done to get things working. Graphics driver installed (kext) was my first victory. If I can get he wireless to work, I would be a happy camper.

Anyway, I'll post the specs of my system so hopefully it will help others too.

I am using a Compaq Presario CQ60 211DX maybe that will help anyone who's wondering if it can be installed on that laptop. It's working pretty good so far.

Hi, I have the same laptop and would like to use osx on it.

could you please list the resources you used to get it working?

I have a USB install (prepped for a netbook) that will run and install to it fine, but i get a kernel panic when i try to boot it.
