Sure it "works" but this guy has no "graphic acceleration" - just running in the VESA mode - as thorazine74 mentioned above. 
This migh be problem if you want to watch HQ videos and things related. If you're just into tasks like text processing and surfing the web, you can ofcourse work properly with it - maybe with some little glitches in the GUI.
