Problems with SATA/pata controller (Nforce 430)

Hi infinnitemac community !

I have just registered, but I was reading in here for a week or two now.
After a couple attempts, I was able to fully understand how to make the procces of
installing an OSX in my PC sucessfully, but I have three problems:
(See specs in my sig first!)

-DVD burner it's recognized, but doesn't read/write anything and tooks years to eject a disk trying to read it. (I don't know how to fix this, also it's a LG burner... it should work)
-Slow boot, like 1/2 minutes. This slow boot it's for IOkitwaitquiet()
-Fixing the IOkitwaitquiet, I've installed patched IOATAFamily.kext with good results (Boot time: 20/30 seconds) but then my PATA (IDE) controller stops working. (Not detecting my 160 GB storage barracuda disk)

I tried so far... like 4 versions of applenforceata.kext, 2 or 3 of IOATAfamily.kext (One for ICH10 that makes the same as the original ioatafamily, pata+slow boot), appleviaata.kext 2.0 and jmicron.kext 0.6 and nothing gives me a better result.

I'm requesting some help from here, I can't figure out how to make this. All the other hardware is working flawlessly (Except sleeping, meh). All the help would be highly appreciated,

Sorry for my english, I'm spanish.
