Realtek 8139 Onboard Ethernet card
Hi guys:
I have Snow Leopard 10.6.2 installed on my pc and i have almost everything working for except for the wired connection. I know the driver is up cause System Profiler app shows me the device, and just not working. I'm getting Self Assigned IP on network preferences using DHCP, when i change my settings to Manually the systems shows me connected, but still no 'ping' to my dns server or my dhcp server or other pc at all. I know the hardware is working cause i have Leopard on the same pc and i can browse the web with it. So, any help will be appreciated, This is happening in 32 and 64bit, right now booting 64 bits. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean. Free credits ($100) for InfMac readers. CPU: Intel Pentium Dual E2140 1.6 GHz.
