Samsung BX2450 only 1024*768
I have a 5870 videocard and a Samsung BX2450 monitor. I got OSX 10.6.3 running beautifully. However, I can't get the monitor to run in 1920x1080 resolution mode. The only resolution is 1024*768.
I tried the SwitchX program but also this program can't determine that the monitor can run at 1920x1080 mode. The monitor is a HDMI monitor. I have used both the HDMI-HDMI and the DVI-HMDI connection. Both with the same result. Would anyone have any advice here or is it just the only resolution it will run? Thanks. |

Your graphics card ain't supported by 10.6.3 - you need 10.6.4 with drivers from the MacMini Image or 10.6.5 for it to work properly...
