what bluetooth do you have?
try finding it via windows, device manager.
there is probably gonna be a guide how to to that for your specific hardware

permission repairs and stuff are done by hand in this guide, but you can do that by using kext utility or after you mofify the ionetworking.kext.
I personally built once thg IONetworking file and then for everyinstallation i did i do i am installing it via UInstaller, and it works.
