Sorry I do not realy understand what you are trying respective what you want to do.
Am I right: You want to install Leopard and Snow Leopard on that machine or that HD, only?
So why use MBR partition scheme?
Better use GUID / GPT partition scheme for OS X.

Try with a minium of options i.e. "iATKOS v7 Main System, Chameleon v2, /Extra, DSDT, dsmos, Disabler, Intel SATA/IDE, VoodooHDA & Post-Install Acts" - then install EFI String for 8800GT1GB using OSx86 Tools & you should have pretty much everything working.
