Well you just need to look for items marked as "Ships to: Worldwide" and check the shipping costs. 
But you should also check the situation on import taxes - as your country isn't part of the EU, (yet ?) - I don't know if that might gonna be a problem or not.

Well as far as I see - aside from the compatibility and transfer rate question - none of these cards even supports 8002.11n (I hope I understood your question correctly... )
