Will I run into problems with this hardware?
I just recently built a PC, and I was just thinking if I might be able to install OSX without anything ridiculous having to be done.

I would tend to call your complete setup a "problem".
AMD is difficult - even more with Snow Leopard as with Leopard, but you will need latest Snow Leopard and some elaborate work to make your graphicscard working. Furthermore your chipset doesn't look to be suitable - just hit "AMD 790GX osx86" on google - and you will see.
