Zonet Zen3200 Still won't work

I just bought a Zonet Zen3200 Ethernet PCI card. It has the Realtek 8139 chip so I installed the kext for that chip and nothing. When I go to PCI cards it says I don't have any PCI cards installed, the light on the ethernet card is on so I know its working but I can't get it to work, I even tried the 8169 kext but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas? I'm on a Dell Vostro 200.
I used iATKOS v7

I've heard people say this card works perfect but I can't even get the OS to acknowledge its in a pci slot.
