This statement kind of throws me for a loop. :B

They sell the dongle... not the computer. People need to assemble this stuff on their own to make it an add-on to their computer and thus another company is not liable for selling an actual computer ready to boot into OS X as was stated.
Its a technicality, yes... but a good one.
