Darwin is NOT A BOOTLOADER.

Secondly, the reason Apple is throwing a fit is because Psystar is not providing the source as covered by the license terms that boot-132 is released under, which is the deprecated open source bootloader in question.

Thirdly, Apple threw a fit because Psystar is doing this all for profit. Have you seen Apple attack anyone in the OSx86 community? No. Why? Most of the work is open source and not for profit anyway.
