Leave the OSx86 scene?! why?  You will probably still need us all, just because you go retail doesn't mean its like a real Mac and you won't have problems  Retail is just a little bit cleaner and a bit more straight forward to update 
Anyway, if you want a retail tutorial, try this. I used that method multiple times without an issue and you can have a completely unmodified install! Hope that info helped.. Good luck on the build!
