often the use of a different AppleSMBIOS.kext fixes this.
the new release 10.5.2 R1 has one, else google or check http://osx86.wikidot.com/misc-information#toc1 Leopard 10.6.5 | Core i3 | Gigabyte H55M-USB3 | ATI 5770 | Coolermaster Cosmos |

Like zuz242 suggested, the new AppleSMBIOS.kext should fix your problems.
If your current AppleSMBIOS works well, you could try this method: http://mac.kbot.de/osx86-and-adobe-cs3/ |

AppleSMBIOS is the way to go. Thats the method I used for the trial versions. I receive updates, and the applications work great! =)

braid: I had the same problem with it on 10.5.1, on 10.5.2 no such problems, no patching needed. You can try the method with AppleSMBIOS (if i knew about it before could have saved me lots of time :-)) or try patching it the way i did it on 10.5.1 and it was working for me.
If you are using [k'ed] patcher you have to replace IPatcher file inside the package, the patcher itself didnt work for me until i did that. After that just drag and drop any of the CS3 apps into the patcher's drop zone and it all works great. 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean.
