Looks like it includes the new faster Squirrelfish engine which apparently is to be integrated into 10.6 safari. I am using it now and Wow! it is a lot faster than any browser I've ever used before.

Safari 4 is on the bay too now
That is the version that will be included with 10.6 Snow Leopard
