Marvins utitily?

I'm kinda new to OSX, i'm lucky to be running! lol.. can you tell me, is this part of the Zpehyroth disk? or something I should try to download?

EDIT: Found the application.. but cant seem to find any documentation that's clear on how to use it

Any help would be greatly appriciated
