Hey guys, lately I noticed that my mouse is behaving differently.

When I first started using it and all, if you did something like go to the menu bar on the top of screen, select something like File for example, you could move your mouse down the menu and it would highlight as you hover over the options.

Now it doesn't highlight anymore or pop a sidebar if there is one, and I have to hold the mouse button down, this is especially annoying on websites where you have to hover over something that pops a menu up, but cant do it unless you hold a button over it and in most cases clicking something like that will just take to to another page.

I did permission repairs, mouse reset, restarting machine, etc and I can't figure out what else to do?
