I figured out how to install iDeneb 10.5.6 Leopard on my AMD Phenom System and thought I would share with everyone, in case someone with a similar system wanted to try.

Here are my system specs:

AMD Phenom 9850 Black Ed. @ 3.0GHz
ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe (SB750 Chipset)
8GB G.Skill DDR2-800 RAM
2xATI Radeon HD 3870
2x500GB, 2x250GB SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD

First, I got a copy of iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 Leopard. I also wanted to run a Dual-boot with Windows 7 Beta and OS X, so I followed the instructions here - Dual Boot using Darwin (the 4th post down is from "Eagle" and walks through how to dual boot with Windows 7/Vista/XP and OS X using Darwin.

So, after I installed Win7, I installed OS X using the following options in the installation:
iDeneb Essential System
X11
Patches 10.5.6 Ready
Alternative Essential Patch
AMD Patch
Apple Azailia Audio
AppleATIATA Chipset
Kernel 9.2.2 SSE3
Marvel 88E8056 Network
Fixes
FireWire Remove (Unless you use FireWire)
Seatbel Fix
PowerOff_OpenHaltRestart
ATI Radeon HD3800 Video
All Applications
I tried multiple configurations with the 9.5 Kernel and it kept crashing on me because it wouldn't read all 4 CPU Cores correctly. But, the 9.2.2 Kernel will only show 1 Core under "About This Mac", but will show all 4 under the "Activity Monitor".

I hope this helps someone else out there who wants to run this on an AMD System.
