I've never tried the iatkos version you used, I think I've used iPC with my mcp73 mobo, but it should not make a big difference provided you install with the minimum kexts required.
You need to fix the error 35 messages, make sure the uuid kext gets installed and running.
Also the display not usable is something to worry about, but I'm not sure how to fix that...
