hey, Ive been having trouble installing and running OSX leopard using the DVD (thanks to Zephyroth to making the ISO and providing so much support)
I have an HP Pavilion Dv 8000 (listed on the osx86 wiki as a compatible computer for 10.5.1 and Im following the described install method) So far I have been able to install Leopard (I came across the "about a minute left" issue, and solved it using the wiki) But now that I've installed it, once I've taken the DVD out, It comes up with a repeated message of "Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0 (builld 082) Copyright © 1997-2000 Intel Corporation For Realtek RTL8139(X)/8130/810X PCI Fast Ethernet Controller v2.13 (020326) PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM." Basic specs are below; * AMD Turion-64 ML-32 (1.8GHz/512KB L2 Cache) * 1280MB 333MHz DDR SDRAM (200-pin SODIMM) * 120GB 4200RPM HD * 17-inch Ultra Brightview WXGA+ screen * 128MB ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M w/Hypermemory * DVD+/-RW/R & CW-RW Combo w/Double Layer Support * Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN I've run CPUZ and can get any other specs from there that you'd like, I can run SSE, SSE2 SSE3 and x86-64 Does anybody know what this error means and how to fix it? I've searched Wiki's and other forums but haven't found any help so far. Thanks for any possible help! |
