So what your saying it that your machine Kernel Panics only when you "Restart" and not "Shutdown"? If thats the case then I would try installing "OpenhaltRestart.kext" or something that does the same thing. As for the Graphics card I need to know how much memory is has onboard then I can suggest a fix for you.
