Download and install the iDeneb 10.5.5, you should be able to find it on any torrent site.

Select the "acpi fix" and "ich07 chipset" from the options and install.

Once installed press f8 to boot with options and type cpus=1 and press enter.

Complete the setup and once in osx download the patcher from the following site.

Install the Chameleon_v1012.pkg update and once complete create a DSDT.aml file using the DSDTPatcherGUI_1.0 2 application.
In this application you need to select the "New HPET Option" and the "Apply DSDT patch to:" options and then select your drive from the drop down list. Now click "Run DSDT Patcher"

Once the above is complete restart the laptop, OSX should load now with both CPUs working.

Now all you need to do is get the sound, wireless, sleep and battery monitor working.

I managed to get all of them working apart from the sleep, and wireless (i have now changed the wireless adapter though) but if anyone has any info on getting the sleep to work, or if you need any more help with the install on this laptop contact me [email protected]
