Help needed error msg shows "Upgrade Bootloader"
Hi all,
I had successfully installed ideneb V1.6 before on my single core processor which is a P4 3.2GHz. Recently changed my processor to a E7200 and had it reinstalled to get a more responsive OSX but this time I am facing a new error on loading after successful installation. On a -v boot, I see that they are asking me to upgrade the bootloader. Any pointers on solving this problem? Here is the attachment of the screen shot. ![]() M/B: MSI G33M-FL CPU: Intel E7200 Nvidia GT9500 512MB DDR2 RAM: 4GB DDRII 800 Mhz KINGSTON HDD: 120GB Fujitsu SATAII 2.5" 7200rpm Lan: Yukon 2 OSX: ideneb v1.6 ------------------------------------- IDeneb V1.6 OSX 10.5.8 MSI G33m-FL C2D E7400 Nvidia 9800GT 512MB 4GB DDR800 (Poor man's system) |

Got it all working now. Its my HyperX Kingston RAM that needs a manual setting on the CAS latency or if not it will give a panic on booting up.
