Help with 10.5.6 update
Hey all, new here to these forums, but I'm a long time OSx86 member/user.
Here is my problem: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.p...post&p=1002356 Quote:

the System.kext update won't matter and depending on the kernel you'll use, just be careful to include the proper kext files to avoid any KP's... note: DSDT is not implemented on 10.5.6 final release... only the beta... so you don't have to worry about this. ![]() |

Yeah, I got the issues resolved when I was testing iPC with pcwiz.
The first issue was with my graphics card: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.p...&#entry1007712 Once that was fixed, I found this out: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.p...&#entry1007831 The second I've simply come to realize that it's an incompatibility with my old card and a new core component with 10.5.6 while getting use of it still with 10.5.5 kexts. Updating my card to a "newer" (lol, AGP) will more than likely solve both issues.
