how did you install the kernel? via the installer or manually?
either way, make sure you are using the mach_kernel.voodoo kernel when updating because most Apple updates also update the kernel to a vanilla mach_kernel so your crashes might be attributed to this.
as a boot flag simply type
Code:
-v mach_kernel.voodoo
and when you reboot after updating make sure you do the same until you have replaced the kernel again. |
