How do i upgrade to 10.5.6

i have iATKOS 10.5.5 and am ready to upgrade to 10.5.6 and 10.5.7. Im not sure how to do this. Do i download the updates via apples software update? What is the proper way?
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

There is a tutorial inside the DVD, on how to prepare your OSx86 to upgrade. When u accept the rules, read that...

Well I would update to 10.5.7. It's the latest version and has a graphics update

My Specs
System: Custom Built
Mobo: ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3
OS:Mac OS X MountainLion 10.8.2 & Windows 7 Ultimate x64
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600k @ 4.2GHz
Memory: 16GB DDR3 XMS3 1600MHz
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB

I tried to upgrade my system(iatkos 10.5.5) but it failed. I followed the instructions in the dvd. I downloaded the software updates and installed them. After the pc restarts i cant boot into mac osx. What am i doing wrong. Do i need to do something before downloading the updates. Whats the correct way?
