Just to know, for those that have installed the latest release...

Between 0-10, how would you rate your overall experience with the latest 10.5.2 Rev.2 release?

Comparing with Zephyroth 10.5.1 Rev.1 on my hardware I'll give rate of 2.
10.5.1 was very smooth to install, then add drivers and got almost fully working system.
With 10.5.2 Rev.2 (and Rev.1 too) the installer doesn't recognize my IDE HDD, so I have to install on SATA in AHCI mode
Included drivers doesn't work at all, ant the old ones that used to work on my 10.5.1 doesn't provide full functionality.
Problems worth to mention are - no DVI from graphic card, mount problems with DVD's, not working DNS client.
May be this all can be solved, but surely with 10.5.1 I had none of this.

Specs:
Athlon64 X2 4200+
ASUS M2A-VM HDMI
RAM 2 GB
Video ATI Radeon HD2600XT 512Mb
SATA DVD-drive Pioneer DVR-212D
SATA HDD's 160Gb Maxtor + 500Gb Samsung
IDE HDD 80Gb WD
Network Realtek 8111 integrated
Sound ALC883

My rate would probably be like a 8 or a 9, it's working pretty good here (Rev2)
Rev 1 didn't work at all because of the older NForceATA kext it had, now it's all working perfect in rev 2.
Using my system now for almost 23 hours since yesterday and i have had no problems at all.
The only problems i'm having is that i can't connect to any server, or connect to my other pc's in the network, secondly i am not able to burn any cd/dvd's, but that's a 'problem' with the NForceATA kext
I'm using a GUID partition table for my hard drive and i only got Leopard installed, nothing else.
Also I'm using a GFX string for my 8600GT and a SFX string for my ALC888, so audio and video is working great here

Here are my full specs:

AMD 64 X2 5000+ (2.60GHz)
Dell M2N61-AX /nForce 430/MCP61
2GB Dual Channel DDR2 667MHz
ALC888 [Everything Working] (SFX-EFI String)
8600GT (GFX-EFI String)
3Com 3C90x
500 GB ATA HDD (Leopard 10.5.2 Rev. 2 EFI & GUID )
250GB WD USB (Time Machine)
E228WFP 22" WideScreen LCD

Mac Inspiron 531 » 10.6.8 • 10.8.0 Legacy Kernel • AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ (2.60GHz)
Dell M2N61-AX/nForce 430/MCP61 • 4GB Dual Channel DDR2 667MHz
ALC888 • nVidia GeForce 8600 GT 256 MB
2 x WDC WD5000AAKS 500 GB SATA HDD

AMD 64x2 6000+
4GB DDR3
8800gts supercloacked video card
Asus Crosshair 590 sli mobo w/ pci sound card
20" HPw2007 monitor

CPU: Phenom x3 8650 @2.54 ghz
Mobo: ASUS M3N HT-Deluxe 780i SLI
3 GB 800 OCZ RAM

I can't get a bootable system from either rev 1 or rev 2.

Rev 2 installer seems to give more options, in a somewhat more confusing way. For example, it shows all volumes on my pc as available to install on, not just the one I formatted to hfs+ using disk utility. The business about choosing EFI MBR or GUID is a bit confusing too.

The rev 1 dvd recognized my usb wacom, at least as a pointing device (mouse). rev 2 did not even power it up. (edit This issue seems to be number of devices on a usb hub... it powered up and recognized the wacom when I unplugged the apple kb (which had another mouse chained to it, for a total of 4 devices into the hub). Actually the tablet-->hub has given me a bit of trouble in xp...

edit: forgot my specs -- K9mm-v mb (via K8M800/VT8237R), 3800+ (single core), 2 x 1G crucial DDR2-800, Radeon 9550 128MB AGP, SBLive PCI, mb lan (Realtek 8201CL), 500G SATA (as ide in bios), 160G IDE slave, 20x LG DVD-RW (ATA master), ps2 kb, mac usb kb, wacom graphire 4, xpsp2 & kubuntu/gutsy on SATA, zeph rev2 /EFI-MBR on IDE (not working).

8 here. It would have been higher if it weren't for the occasional quirk or random restart from time to time - therefore stability lets the score down. Having said that, day to day use is very good with all of my apps working as expected. I'm very happy with it as I can have all the universal binary goodness and speed that comes with it as opposed to my aging PPC G5....

MacBook Pro 15" | Mac OS X 10.6 • 2 GHz Intel Core Duo • 2 GB DDR2-667 • ATI Radeon Mobility X1600 128 MB • 100 GB Serial-ATA

compared to 10.5.2 R1 a mere 6, as R1 was working flawless and R2 isn΄t.
first, i got the network shares problem.
second, i can΄t install efi with guid partitions. (has to be fixed manually, as in R1)

AMD x2 6000+, nforce5, 8600GT, pci nic

I, unfortunately, have to rate it a 0. I managed to install it once on my system, and it was running fine (although at the time I still needed the DVD to boot since the default install bungled the MBR boot). However, after mistakingly installing the iPhone SDK and blowing away my abilty to boot/run (because of the CHUD tools), I have never been able to get it installed again. I have now tried virtually all the combinations of options, and cannot get the system to run. I have attempted at least 20 installs with no luck (various kernel panics or hangs).
