Could it be possible that there is already kind of OSx86 related stuff on your hard disk? Somehting like an old install or boot0 written to first sector?

2: if i put command like -v , -x or both always load, but stop in this message "kdp_poll no debugger device" , so i check the patches in this 3 distros, and i have support (apparently) with my chipset.
Try to remove any USB device connected to your computer. If that doesn't help try to change USB settings in BIOS or to disable it completely.

other question, is necessary install osx86 with USB mouse and keyboard? i have a PS2 Mouse/keyb =/
PS2 Input device work fine using the avaible driver compiled from Apple OpenSource Repro. (AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext & ApplePS2Controller.kext)

Also you should know, that your GFX card will not work on Leopoard. Only Macvidia framebuffer driver package might work. Could be fully supported on OS X 10.4

//Edit//
Cross all my earlier words, I just checked your Mainboard on Asus page and as I saw Socket A also your CPU on Wiki. Fact is that the Sempron you are using is kind of K7 - no K8, so it lacks support for the SSE2 instruction set, without it OS X will not gonna work.
