We shouldn't forget that ISP's can have unnoticeable problems as well. You may want to contact them and have them diagnose your connection. If you schedule an appointment, don't forget to show them your PC not your PC Mac, lol. You still did a good thing by purchasing Realtek. You are assured working connection now anytime you install an updated release of Leopard on your system. =)
