I don't really recall it precisely but - yes - I think I also copied the entire folder to the iso and it overwrites those files... doesn't help you very much if Transmac's not working - does it... :/ I also remember that I had to fiddle with Transmac for a while before it started doing it's thing with me either... maybe read a manual or so for Transmac...  it should work though...
