Kernel Panic at boot XxX.x86.10.5.6.Final

Okay tried to upgrade to Leo from Tiger using this distro. I have tried several times to figure out what it is, but not enough information on the net to give me the answer I am looking for. When I boot from the DVD I end up every single time with a Kernel panic. None of the flags work and I am frustrated. I have provided a picture of the error for your review and hopefully someone here has seen this before and can give me some insight as to what it means. System specs are in my sig.

Still having issues with this distro. I have tried just about everything I can think of including recompiling the ISO with an older kernel, but still no luck. It is pretty apparent that the 9.5 Voodoo kernel is the culprit that is causing the kernel panic.

Guess I am going to go with the iATKOS 10.5.5 distro or possibly the Kalyway 10.5.2 distro to see if I have any better luck. Anyone have any suggestions please feel free to chime in.
