So I try with SATA disabled in bios. I noticed the following issues with ACPI as the kernel attempts to boot to start a installation,

Com.apple.driver.AppleACPIP.platform
and
com.apple.driver.AppleACPIP.Thermal

They have multiple dependecies etc..

I have no good camera to take a screen shot of the kernel panic code and am just looking for something to try based on my pc spec.

one thing I missed from years ago is when I used to have the good old loadlin bootdisk installing slackware . I am currently download slamd64 to play with. With only 1 machine now with just windows makes it just a tad hard to make my own macosx cd with kexts.

Any comments, suggestions, help is really appreciated and I fear that revision 2 will not do squat from what I am reading based on my motherboard/bios..?
