![]() Well, I tried 6 times to install iATKOS MAC OS X Leopard version 10.5.7, all goes well, until when it reaches the restart point I get this error, Kernel Panic (CPU 0 caller 0x001A8FFD), Kernel trap at 0x0019a8c2, type 14=page fault, registers, Error Code: 0x00000000
I tried many configurations, none of them worked ![]() I'm new here in the forum and MAC too, if you could help me please I would be appreciated! If you think my version isn't the most correct for my system specs, please advice me. I'm starting to think that the problem is my computer. Did I understood you right, that you get the Kernel Panic in the end of the Setup (still runing the OS from the install DVD)?
AMD Phenom II X4 955 - ASRock AM3A770DE - 8GB DDR3-1333 - Radeon HD 5570 1GB passiv - BCM4318 802.11b/g - Snow Leopard Retail

So you have succesfully installed, running OS X but getting that when you try to reboot? Do you've got OHR installed?

And the installed system? Doesn't it work?
You can try to use a differen Kernel, there are even one named mach_970 and one named toh on the iAtkos v7 DVD, just try to enter the name of one of them at the bootprompt. AMD Phenom II X4 955 - ASRock AM3A770DE - 8GB DDR3-1333 - Radeon HD 5570 1GB passiv - BCM4318 802.11b/g - Snow Leopard Retail

Yes I know, I downloaded another version(not iATKOS), an older one! Everthing ok, but when it restarts the MAC freeze!
I will try to donwload Leo4all Version 10.5.2, if this one works, I will update it for the newer version! I guess this one will work, since it's an older version 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean. Free credits ($100) for InfMac readers. |
