what software are you using to burn. Look for options verify after burning. How old is your dvdv writer it may be burning fine but reading badly. Do you smoke (I do)? Its the worst thing you can do near an optical drive (tar on lens).

no, i dont smoke, its the worst thing you can do (not only near an optical drive)
first time i use nero 7, and then brasero, with both i got the same result...
may this be a hdd problem?? mmm i'm gonna try to get another dvd drive to test...
about the age of the writer... dont know exactly, but it can burn double layer dvds, so it's not so old |
