this should cover most of the minor problems to let us know if anything else is an issue... Also, once you get this installed, look up the SB700 thread in this forum for the sb700 kext that will help speed up your running system.

Unfortunately i still cannot get it to boot even with the boot arguments you provided. Heres a picture of what appears
