And which kext would I install besides the one that is there?
I checked my wireless card and it is using the 4311 device id, so it is installed in the directory and running. When I did the steps after adding some other possible device id's it said that i didn't have permission, and I am logged in as the admin.
My hard drive is my first boot option in my bios, I think the problem is that I need to have "cpus=1" added to the boot.plist and can't figure out how to do that. Also when I just boot and let darwin do its thing, it gives me the error that it can't find com.apple.boot.plist.
Also, how would I reinstall chameleon bootloader from within OSX?
One more thing is that the audio works sporadically like the keyboard and mouse??? Not real sure, I figured it would be a working or nonworking thing all the time, not variably.
Sorry for being such a noob, I just really want this to work, and can't figure it all out on my own.
EDIT: Ok, found the com.apple.boot.plist and added the boot flags that I have to use to boot, namely -f cpus=1.

OK the easy times are now over (this is not used to cause offense). You have all the information you need to move forward. Now you should be using google as searching for how to add kexts, kext helper, chameleon bootloader and all other things mentioned. The ps2.kext you would need is the same but unless permissions are set correctly they wont work correctly. So you should also be looking up how to set permissions. Half of a learning cure is the struggle and the research. This is why i have not just punched in the answers. Well I tell a lie but if you search everything I out in my previous post you would see they answer all.
Let me know how you go on
