![]() Ok so everything works with my iPC 10.5.6 install except scrolling and drop down menus. This is the exact description of the problems i'm having and the make/model of my mouse:
Hardware is the Logitech MX620 Wireless mouse >I have tried inserting the receiver dongle into different USB ports and this does not correct any of the issues. 1. When browsing through folder in finder I cannot scroll to the right... it just pulls the bar back over the left. scrolling issues also occurs within widgets I install I.E Movie Widget so I can scroll through movies playing near me. >within finder I can scroll up and down even using the mouse wheel without any issues 2. When I'm browsing the internet and I start typing say www.facebook.com and i've already been to facebook b4 so it's saved within my browsing history I cannot see the menu that drops down because it appears and disappears just as quickly. Same also goes with the google search up in right hand corner if I start typing it displays the related search info but it does the same exact same thing as the address bar. 3. I figured I would ty this in here since my other thread I believe deals with this same issue. Volume control in iTunes and Quicktime and Safari is messed up. Whenever I go to change the volume the slider auotmatically moves it lower until I move the pointer away from it even without clicking it. >since I installed the Logitech Control Center for OS X this particular problem has been accelerated as in the slider moves like Dale Eaenhardt Jr around the Daytona Speedway 4. If I hove over something to read the little tooltip that pops up I get the same issue as when browsing it appears for a brief half second and disappears I have attempted a reinstall to see if this corrects the issue but does nothing. I thought maybe my video kexts would be causing this issue but it does this with or without them CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0GHZ Mobo: ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO RAM: Patriot Viper DDR3 1066 4GB Chipset: ATI 785G Graphics: Sapphire HD4870 1GB PCIE, Radeon HD4200 OnBoard LAN: Realtek RTL8111 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter Last edited by keepfrosty; 02-24-2009 at 10:30 PM. |
