Well I figure as my first post here, I would do a kind of a log of my install, maybe help others with there installs as they learn from my (many) mistakes

If this is in the wrong area please feel free to move it.

Also any advice I will be more than happy to listen to....Pretty please.

To start.

I am using my old home rig as the test subject, a gateway GT5012,

This runs a D820 proc,3 gigs of ram, a lite on DVD burner and a WD2500 drive

So the first thing I learn is that the drive has to be formatted, it did have XP pro on it, so reformat it to FAT32....and try and load a copy of iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5
