hmm. well I don't want to tell you to stray too far away from Leo4All simply because I've found it to be the closest to an actual Mac OS X install disc (very few changes but many many add-ons for supported hardware and of course the much needed AMD patch).
iDeneb v1.3 is another one to look at however they have lost a little credibility because of their custom install screens and install agreements (etc. etc.) but all in all its still a good installed system to run.
As far as your hardware, I think iDeneb would have all of it covered... in fact I just popped it out of my machine after looking at it for another post I helped out in and I think the hardware is configureable... as long as you know what to look for in the customizing screen.
