Have you tried nvinject 0.1.3? That's the only injector that made our 7600GS run with full QE/CI in 10.5.1. (but I haven't even tried 10.5.2 on that machine. It's my sons and it's working perfectly for him - I'm not touching it!)
Running both 10.5.8 and 10.6.4 on my stinking AMD/ATi machine...
