OS Switcher???

Okay, so I've finally got kalyway 10.5.7, xp pro, and ubuntu running smoothly on a single hard drive (with only 2 partitions!), with xp as default.

However, whenever I'm in windows, and I want to restart into mac, I always get distracted when it's booting up so it goes into windows. I don't want to increase the delay time for the boot menu because booting is slow as it is.

So... I was wondering if there was any sort of os switcher where i can run a script or a command that says "restart and boot into mac/linux" from within windows itself?
