Hi there,
just a few short questions. I got 2 USB drives, one with 250 GB and one with 500 GB. The 500GB USB case got a SATA HDD built in. So now i want to copy the Mac installer to the 250GB HDD and install it to the 500GB HDD. Would that be possible? If so, is it the case that i just need to copy the content of the downloaded .iso-File to the 250GB HDD and it works? Next question, after the installation i want to take the 500GB HDD out of the USB case to connect it to my machines SATA controller. Will this cause any problems? Is there a Howto about installing Leopard from an USB drive? Thanks in advance, Tom |

*bump*
Sorry for bumping but i could need an answer =) Reason why i'm asking is that it usually takes up to 12 hours until my installation finishes when i use a DVD, at least with rev1 i had to wait that long. That's why i'm looking for an alternative method to install rev2 to a new 500GB USB HDD. Is there a way to install zephyroths rev2 beside the usual way (DVD)??
