I can't imagine a notebook which is using some Intel and a ATI Graka the same time.
If you selected VGA drivers for both at the setup, this should be the reason why a kernel-panic occurs.
Furthermore I am not really sure if there is a driver that supports 4570 HD yet, so I would recommend you not to select any graphic driver at setup.
Maybe that will make you able to boot into your system.
