Ain't that the truth. Had a Radeon x1600 Pro (0x71C2). Spent a large amount of time trying to get it to work. QE/CI with no Res Change / Mouse Tearing. Res Change with no QE/CI. QE/CI with Res Change but menus solid black. I folded and baught an 8600GTS on the cheap and it worked right away with no work on my part except picking the option in the install. Yep...it's the truth. |
