SATA Driver Issues
I'm not sure what I did but on the HP dv6775us I somehow broke the SATA driver and it is becoming rather annoying. Considering how long the machine has gone without a fresh install I can only assume that nothing is vanilla and I'm not really sure where to start.
I do know that the chipset is ICH8, but I'm not really sure where I can go from here. I am having some odd kernel panics caused by the framebuffer with NVkush, but I can look into that later.
