Have you given any other kexts a try? How about nForceLAN.kext Version 0.64.3 posted by Eno http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...5569&start=100

I have been using it and have been pretty happy. If you have an EFI partition or /Extra based install you will need the vanilla IONetworkingFamily.kext in Extra.

Also I noticed you have a rather dated kernel. You might also want to try updating to the voodoo kernel or one based on voodoo. Keep in mind that when upgrading kernels you will want to make sure you have matching versions of System.kext and Seatbelt.kext
