Im also getting the still waiting for root device

On x2 3600
DFI Lanparty ultra2-m2 Nforce4
2Gb Adata DDRII 800
250GB ATA Maxtor Leopard
250GB SATA Seagate Gentoo linux

If anyone thinks its ata thats currently causing the problems let me know, i dont have the sata drive plugged in on boot or durring the install.

I can mirror my Gentoo install over to my ATA drive with out any problems (LVM is love ) as always all help is appreciated
