Hello,

a few days ago i have installed a modified IOFamily.kext, i hoped that this will eliminate my USB2.0 Problem.
After the installation OSX does not boot anymore. So i restore the old one and everthings looks fine.

Today i update to QT6.7 and installed the Safari Update, reboot , and OSX does not boot. it hangs at the exact same command line as during the modified IOFamily.kext. I copie the Backup , original IOFamily.kext into the Extension Folder....and OSX boot again.

So , during installation of QT6,7 / Safari Update something restore the "new" IOFamily.kext. At least , i think so. But how can this be ?

Have someone a explanation for this ?
