You need to add chipsets ext to Zephs 10.5.1 install DVD, this is can been done easy with Transmac under Windows. Just download chipsets kext, copy it to Extensions folder on ISO (using Transmac) and burn new install DVD. Boot DVD with "-f -v" flags.
For ms-7501 (chipset AMD 780 / SB700) you need to search for SB700 kext... or try to install to IDE drive
